I’ve tried personal trainers before but it never ended well. I was just another paying client. They would float around with a constant stream of “do this” and “this one next”. Then there’s Nik. He teaches you. Helps you understand what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. Building that educational foundation that makes you strive to be better instead of feeling like getting healthy is a burden. He encourages you to push yourself. Nik has helped me and guided me away from those roadblocks and how to break those habits. He constantly encourages me to continue on. Taking that step to meet with Nik and learn from him is the greatest accomplishment I’ve had on my goal to being the healthiest me I can be.

I work at this gym and obviously that would make someone biased, but even just watching Nik (the owner) train and talk to people. He cares for his clients and wants all of them to achieve their goals. Not for his benefit or wealth making, but for theirs. He's one of the most passionate trainers on the planet and I don't think you would be wrong by choosing him and his gym for your personal training needs.

This place is amazing, I came in just wanting to look around and see what they have to offer and Nik (the owner) spend over an hour with me showing me all the equipment, educated me, and gave me lots of advice! The equipment here is too notch. I have never seen anything as advanced as what they have to offer, and Nik is one of the most educated people I have ever met. They even have a cold plunge that you can pay monthly for lower than I’ve ever seen! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to take their athletic abilities to the next level or just looking for the best possible personal training!
